All SYHA orders are shipped with care from our Netherlands warehouse using a secure, tracked delivery method. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the minimum value based on your region. Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly based on destination.
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country's laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing your order.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We aim to process all orders placed before 23:00 on the same day. However, during busy periods, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at info@syha.clothing within 5 business days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
